MUNISIT Makes Its Grand Return for Its 6th Edition

After several highly successful editions, MUNISIT returns in 2026 with a new, ambitious, and engaged edition.

We are delighted to welcome you on March 13 and 14, 2026, at ISIT – Paris-Panthéon-Assas University (Arcueil campus) for the 6th edition of MUNISIT, a Model United Nations conference bringing together students, international relations enthusiasts, and future actors of the diplomatic world. 🌍

🌐 2026 Theme

“Shared Journeys, Shared Responsibility : Governing Global Migration Together”
In an international context marked by major migration challenges, this edition invites participants to collectively reflect on the shared responsibilities of States and international organizations in addressing the dynamics of human mobility.

Three Committees to Debate and Cooperate

This year, three committees will be open, allowing everyone to find a debate space that suits to their level:

🎓 UNESCO (Beginner level)
Ensuring access to quality education for migrant and displaced populations while preserving cultural identity and supporting social cohesion in host communities.

🌍 International Organization for Migration – IOM (Beginner level)
Promoting safe and regular migration pathways to support economic development while combating human trafficking and migrant exploitation.
🕊 United Nations Security Council (Intermediate level)
Addressing large-scale displacement caused by armed conflict while preventing regional instability and the militarization of borders.

🗣 An Interpretation Track at the Heart of MUNISIT

Staying true to our school’s commitment to excellence in interpreting, MUNISIT maintains its interpretation track, offering a unique experience for interpreting students.
The languages interpreted into English will be: Italian, German, Chinese, Portuguese, Serbo-Croatian, Arabic, and Russian.
