Triple master’s degree in Global Citizenship and Intercultural Relations
Presentation
At the start of the 2026-2027 academic year, ISIT will be launching a Master’s degree in Global Citizenship and Intercultural Relations, in partnership with the University of Geneva and the University of Milan.
This Master’s program is aimed at students interested in citizenship issues in a changing world.
This interdisciplinary training program promotes critical analysis and reflection on citizenship in its political, social and cultural dimensions. The interdisciplinary nature of the teaching and the special attention paid to transformations related to citizenship issues ensure that this Master’s program is highly appreciated by the national and international players who are building tomorrow’s societal framework.
The program is open to holders of bachelor’s other first degrees in political science, social science or international relations from international universities. It will be taught on the campuses of :
- the University of Geneva (6 months),
- the University of Milan (6 months)
- ISIT Paris Panthéon-Assas (6 or 12 months depending on the option chosen) in French and English (around 50% in each language over the 2-year program).
A minimum B2 level in French and English is required to follow this course. In the second year of the Master’s program, students can choose between a professional training program to enter the job market, or a research-oriented program leading to a doctorate.
Objectives
Operational skills acquired at the end of the specialization
- Critical analysis of citizenship and diversity issues on a global scale
- Completion of an applied or academic research project in an intercultural context
- Working in an international and multilingual environment
- Project management linked to CSR, sustainable development or social innovation
- Change management in organizations and companies
- Understanding of contemporary issues linked to artificial intelligence, security and governance

- A work-study program (12 months in a company or international organization in France + teaching at ISIT)
- A university research project with a view to a doctorate (1st semester Paris, 2nd semester Geneva or Milan)
